My personal guess is around Chapter 700-750, but might be a little shorter, cuz who knows at this point.

I think green might represent wildness or animalistic instincts because of how it's always shown when these three enter a wild state. (Not counting endurance-users)

It's probably just PTJ messing with colors, but it's still pretty interesting so let me have a little bit of fun with this.
