I’ve been diagnosed with hsv 1&2 for over a year. I take daily antivirals. I’ve been seeing this guy for a couple months. I disclosed my status before anything happened. Since I’ve been diagnosed, there has been less than like 5 outbreaks. A few weeks ago, I had an outbreak after being with him. We waited until I was healed. We were intimate several times over the weekend. Now I’m in really noticeable pain on my labia where I normally get an OB. Is it normal? I’ve never had this happen before.

I cannot lose weight for the life of me. I’m 5’1 and roughly 140lbs. lift weights 2x-4x a week. Pilates once a week. I aim to hit 10k-15k steps a day. I stopped almost entirely eating junk. Trying to prioritize fiber and protein. I barely drink alcohol. I drink half a gallon to a gallon of water a day. The only thing I can think of at this point is I can’t lose weight because my sleep schedule is insane because I work overnight.
