About a week ago someone left my room by slamming the door, an hour or so later I tried to leave and realized the door was not opening, someone ended up having to force it from the outside, thankfully minimal damage was done to the doorframe, can anyone tell me what happened? I feel like a tiny stupid piece broke, also it looks like the lock itself is fine but I can't be sure, the key turns just fine, maybe the handle wasn't working? A spring or something? Any help would be appreciated, I'd like to avoid buying a whole new unit. Italian door. Thanks!!
