2.5 years now in Deloitte, the Senior Managers and above never reply to messages on Teams.
Well, I obviously do no message “Hi Hello” kind off.

There is genuine work that they assigned. If I do it and reply work is done no reply.

If I schedule a call, they decline it and reply on top of it.
Never respond to any approval requests.

Having worked across 3 firms before never experienced this.
Is this the culture across Deloitte.

Experience : 9 Years - Lateral Hire
Current CTC : 35.5 LPA (Includes 10% variable)
Entity : TAX
Tech Stack : .Net Full Stack + AI + Cloud(Azure and AWS)

Promoted to Manager (already confirmed).

What could be the expected hike.
I’m read somewhere, Deloitte Normalizes salary, as it’s already high.

Some say I may end up getting 8-10% hike or even less.

Should I stay or start looking out?

I have 9 years of experience. In these 9 years, I have applied to approximately 500-600 jobs by going to their website, career portal. Every time I get "We are going ahead with other candidate" response, every goddamn time.

I have switched 4 companies. It is all because of Naukri, Monster, InstaHyre.

Why is applying on company so depressing?

I got a flat in Begur, 3 years ago, when covid was about to end, 2 BHK, 1200 sqft, for 59.5 lakhs. Including Interior and Registration we paid around 75 lakhs in total.

This property is close to Akshay Nagar where Apartments like Prestige Song Of South, SNN Raj Serenity are there. Upcoming Prestige Southern Star is also just 1km from my home.

Now I',m looking for some properties to invest. But all flats I visited quote 1cr, 2cr. Is it good to invest? considering job uncertainties.

Me and My wife earn 3.5 lakhs per month, take home.

Age 31 both, all Loan of first house cleared.
