she’s going to rehab for a week (so she’ll be medicated in a hospital bed) i’m really scared because i don’t know what to do after that. how can i support and try and help her stay sober
my dog died 7 months today, and according to my therapist my grief “isn’t normal” so she’s putting me on antidepressants. i searched it up and apparently it takes three months but that doesn’t feel right. i can’t let go of the last ten years of my life in three months
she got the phone call today that she’ll be next inline for a bed at the hospital for one week. i don’t know how to feel because i don’t know if it’ll keep her sober, i think she’s just going to get drunk as soon as she comes back. i told her i was proud of her and im excited but she “celebrated” by getting drunk. i’m trying my best to support her in the entire journey but at the end of the day i’m only 15.
