Hello all 🙂

I have had 3 back to back miscarriages.

First - very early (did the test came back positive, 2 days later I bled)

Second - silent miscarriage at around 7 weeks, had to have a D&C

Third (4 months ago) - 8 weeks 4 days. Had 2 reassurance scans, 7 weeks saw the heart beat. Was bleeding when had sex, so went for another scan at 9 weeks, and was told I had lost this one as-well. Came alway by in self 2 days later (which was horrific)

I have now been referred to do a reoccurring client for further tests (booked in for July 2026) However myself and my partner have had a few “accidents” in the bedroom recently.

I have been doing alot of research, as I reallllyyyyy want this to work, I am nearly 31, and my partner is 45.

I have Crohn’s disease- which is nearly under control.

Around 5 year ago I had a LOOP and cone biopsies after my smear test - I have seen that this may cause miscarriages. If I can remember right, I was told 5 years ago after I had this, I had a weak cervix (which has just recently come back to me after looking at my NHS app to try and find some answers)

Has anyone had anything similar and what were the next steps?

Any information would be great

Thank you for reading this long post x

Hello, I had a molar extraction 3 days ago- due to a failed root canal.

First pic is the first day, the one below is day 2, and the pic on the right is today, day 4.

There is still a dull ache, however managed by ibuprofen.

I have anxiety and just worried that a part seems to have come away, and I am terrified that it is turning into dry socket 😫

Hello 👋

I had a molar extraction 3 days ago today.

It was a root canal which I had over 4 years ago, it got infected. I went to the emergency on Monday, and they gave me antibiotics, but that pain was that unbearable I went back on Tuesday and had the tooth removed.

I am now day 3 of removal, and it is aching me abit, I am needing to have 400mg ibuprofen every 6 hours (even at night, if it lands on the 6hr mark I need to take)

I also have a “liver clot” which is slightly started to turn white.

Is this normal?

Hello dentists 🦷

I had a molar extraction around 3 days ago- I had an infected in a previous root canal - the pain was that bad, I had to go back to get the tooth removed.

As you can tell from the pics, this is not my first rodeo.

However, this time there seems to be a large blood clot, the pics are around 32 hrs apart.

It’s not giving me no pain, I am taking ibuprofen every 6 hours due to aching feeling.

It is a large blood clot, and it does move if I touch it with my tongue ( trying not to)

I’ve got anxiety and I am petrified that it’s big and it will fall out and wil get dry socket (never had it but wow it’s sounds awful 😞)

Hello!

So I have been in some major pain! Went to the dentist and I have a tooth infection.

I was taking ibuprofen and paracetamol every other 2 hours - and the pain was not going AT ALL.

Yesterday, I had the molar tooth removed.

Obviously I havent been able to eat much, but in the last 24 hours, I have had 1 poo- I would normally have 2-3.

I am worried that this is because I have been taking ibuprofen 😫 but paracetamol were not cutting the pain at all!

Also - off the Crohn’s topic, has anyone had a molar tooth out before? It’s now just over 24hrs and I’ve got a large blood clot at the removal site, is that normal?
