I am looking to upgrade my pool/beach towels, and I cannot decide between the Dock & Bay brand and the Sand Cloud brand. If you have experience with either (or both), let me know!
Also, sorry if this has been discussed before. I tried to look through past Reddit posts to find a comparison on these two towels brand, and I cannot find one.
I’ve been babysitting since I was about 13/14. It has been a little over a decade, and I am still doing such (mainly on the side now because I work a full time job). When I babysit, there are some families that already have a rate and will just pay that (they will tell me what it usually is though), and others will ask me what I charge. When a new family asks how much I charge, I usually let them pick it themselves. My reasoning behind this is because I know everyone has different financial situations so the variety I’ve been paid swings heavily. For example, I’ve babysat for sports coaches who have paid $50+ an hour for one kid, but I’ve also babysat for non 6-figure profession families who have paid $20-$30 for 1-3 kids. As a parent, do you like having the autonomy to set the babysitting rate or would you prefer for someone to tell you what they charge?
