Model y 27 can't be released?

I got assigned 27 vin and it's at the delivery center but they can't release it yet bc it has to be certified for epa rating.., anyone know when that will happen?

Plateau?

Was making solid progress Jan - may but then feels like I'm plateauing.

Bf % decreasing slightly but scale weight maintaining and even slightly notching up.

I wanna get down to 15%

How do I break through?

Crossfit 4x/week, yoga 1 day, 45min cardio one day.

150g protein daily, likely 1900 cal daily, 10k steps, 6-7hrs sleep.

43yo male, 2 kids, ft job etc

Stalling at 175 lbs — how would you push through the last 15?

Looking for advice from folks who’ve been here. Started Jan 1 at 190 lbs / 30% body fat, currently 174 lbs. Goal is 15% body fat. Pace has slowed to ~0.6 lbs/week the last 6 weeks vs. my 1–1.2 lb/week goal.

Current routine:
• CrossFit 4x/week
• 10k steps/day minimum
• Usually one additional cardio session (run or Peloton)
• ~1,900 cals/day
• ~160g protein
Hardly any alcohol since jan 1

42M, 5'9, married, two small kids (4 and 1), desk job. Sleep is decent but not perfect given the little one.
For those who’ve broken through a similar stall: what actually moved the needle? Drop calories another 100–150? More zone 2? Refeed days? Recomp focus over the scale? Something else?
