I’m honestly done with SpiceJet.
My flight SG669 (Mumbai → Bengaluru) was changed multiple times within hours – from 3rd May 11:55 PM to 4:00 AM → 5:10 AM → 4:40 AM.
Imagine trying to sleep or plan anything with this kind of nonsense.
Because of this:
My sleep got completely messed up
My Monday at work was terrible
I’ve actually fallen sick now
And the worst part? Their customer support is useless. Calls not being answered, no proper communication, just automated emails.
How is this even acceptable? Can airlines just randomly keep changing timings like this and get away with it?
Has anyone here actually managed to get compensation** or any **resolution from SpiceJet in such cases? What’s the best way AirSewa, DGCA, or something else?
At this point, this feels like complete negligence towards passengers.
I had a SpiceJet flight (SG669, Mumbai to Bengaluru) and they kept changing the timing multiple times within hours. It went from around 3rd May 11:55 PM → 4:40 AM → 5:10 and again there was additional delay and the flight took off around 7 AM 4th of May

Is this even allowed? Can airlines just keep changing timings like this last minute?
Has anyone successfully claimed compensation in such cases? If yes, how did you do it?
Also, should I raise this with DGCA or AirSewa?
