App is Always Wrong - is it Just My Area?

I’m in NOVA and I’ve noticed that the app is almost always wrong regarding whether the store has the item and/or what aisle in the store is the location of the item. I’ve asked managers if they have items that the app says they have and they’ve told me “the app isn’t reliable”. Same thing with the location of items, they say they don’t know why the aisle is wrong. It’s not even a little wrong. I went to an aisle for cottage cheese and it was gardening supplies. We confirm it’s the correct store I’m looking at and it’s still wrong. This happened at 3 different stores in my area. Why do they even bother having an app if it’s always wrong? Or is it just my area that is having issues?

Do I Ship Broken Glass or Just Parts?

I had my iPhone on the roof of my car and drove off leaving my neighborhood (I forgot I had set it there before getting in). An hour later I realized I didn’t have my phone and drove back to my house to look around and saw the remains of the phone on my street, it had been run over multiple times. I called Asurion and they said they want all of the remains of the phone in the box when it’s shipped back. I did take a broom to scoop up the broken glass and metal (along with gravel) - do they want that in the box? It seems dangerous to ship broken glass in a box but just curious if that’s normal
