It went off at 3 am and they keep pushing back resolution time every 3 hours. Its been over 15 hours, there is no resolution.
Its the second time , it went out in last 30 days. They dont compensate for outage. There is no human support. Its just AI.

Amazon offers do trigger 3x if i do a single transaction of 3x amount but what about amc+ offer
