I usually have a weekly massage to help with past medical issues. My massage therapist did a great job massaging me face up after my rotator cuff surgery but it’s not quite the same as a good lower back massage. Did your surgeon give you guidance on how long you had to go until you could be face down for an hour?
Surgery is in 10 days. I’ve been without my estradiol for 4 days. The night sweats and hot flashes have hit me now. How did you post-menopausal ladies go without estrogen for a few weeks?
I’m about a month out from deep plane facelift, neck lift, brow lift, upper & lower bleph with fat transfer.
I will not be traveling & I already have an adjustable bed so thinking I can skip the wedge pillow.

4 more weeks until we bring this cutie home! This breeder lets the puppies self wean and doesn’t let them go until 12 weeks. He’s 8 weeks tomorrow.
We have 3 vehicles but Aqua has a strict 2 vehicle limit. We tried a lot near Sharky’s but it was $30 for 5 hours. Does anyone have any suggestions? Don’t mind paying but not $30 for 5 hours.
Our family is having a hard time naming our Cavapoo puppy that will come home mid-July. We have a history of food names that was not even done on purpose. A couple of them were already named food names when we adopted from the shelter and we felt like they already knew their names. The last 3 dogs have had food names.
If we went with a food adjacent name, Nibbler is the top contender. Food related but we also watched a lot of Futrama. For some reason, he just looks like a Finley or Finn to me though. Or feel free to make other suggestions!

Recently lost my baby girl, she was 10 and it was a very sudden illness. She was a corgi mix rescue, very sweet, cuddly and submissive. Our other dog is a full Pembroke corgi. Occasionally snuggly, very bossy, extremely smart, very high prey drive. She was born in 2020 so wasn’t socialized well with other dogs other than the one who just passed. She’s lonely, I’m lonely. But I’m afraid she’ll be too mean to another dog. Should we just be a one dog household going forward or do we look for another submissive dog that will put up with her bossiness. She has had a lot of professional training and that has helped but she’s also a typical corgi.
