Hi everyone,

I'm planning to buy my first Gundam from Kwai Katta and wanted to get some advice before placing an order.

The kits I'm currently considering are:

• Full Mechanics Aerial (1/100)
• MG Providence Gundam (Zhujiang)
• HG Cal-re.A with Wings of Light
• and some of the above in the photos

My budget is around ₹6,000.

I'm mainly looking for:

• Great shelf presence and detail
• Good build quality
• Decent articulation
• Good value for money
• Preferably 1/100 scale, but I'm open to 1/144 if it's really worth it.

One thing I'm a bit concerned about is build quality. I've seen a few posts and videos where people ran into issues during the build, such as loose joints, poor fitting parts, or pieces needing extra cleanup. Since this will be my first purchase from Kwai Katta, I'm not sure how common these issues are or whether they're just isolated cases.

A few questions:

1. Has anyone here bought from Kwai Katta? How was your experience with packaging, delivery, and overall service?
2. Are these third-party/generic kits worth buying, or would you recommend saving up for an official Bandai kit instead?
3. If you had a ₹6k budget, which kit would you pick?
4. Are there any other MG, Full Mechanics, or third-party kits under ₹6,000 that you'd recommend instead?

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences, especially if you've built any of the kits I mentioned. Photos and recommendations are more than welcome!

Thanks everyone for helping me avoid buying the Oppo Reno 15. After reading the feedback here, I decided not to go ahead with it, and I think it was the right decision.

Now I'm looking for a phone for my father and would love some advice.

Usage:

* Calls & WhatsApp * Banking apps * YouTube * Browsing * Family/travel photos * No gaming * No video editing

Budget: ₹55k–₹65k (can stretch a bit if worth it)

Current options:

* OnePlus 13 (512GB) * OnePlus 15 (512GB) * Vivo X300 FE

Priorities:

* Good battery life * Good camera * Reliable connectivity * Long-term software & security updates * Smooth performance for 4–5 years

For long-term OnePlus users:

* How have software updates been? * Any battery drain, heating, or bugs after major updates? * Are security updates consistent? * Would you trust a OnePlus phone for a parent who plans to keep it for 4–5 years?

Also open to other phone suggestions in this price range.

Hello everyone! I’m from India and I’m a huge fan of the Gundam universe, especially Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, and Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans.

I want to start collecting MG and RG Gunpla kits, but on Amazon India even simple RG kits are costing around ₹8k–₹10k, which feels extremely overpriced.

Can anyone suggest trusted websites or stores that ship to India at reasonable prices?
Also, how much customs/import duty do you usually pay?
