No where to be found online and in stock

For the past week, my 6 year old rabbit has rapidly decreased activity. He hardly eats hay out of his hay bag, and only if we bring it closer to him. He sits in the same spot all day long. Won’t even eat his oxbow pellets which he normally devours. Also making lots of pee messes and not using the litterbox. Any help on what could be going on with my boy? We’ve take. him to our local vet who supplied us medicine which I’m giving him daily but it isn’t seeming to help get him back to normal.
