HR called me for salary negotiation. My current CTC is 4.32 and she said we can only give 30% hike for first switch which is 6.5 LPA.

I currently dont hold any offer in hand but with other organisation 2 nd round is done.

Also my notice period completed, i am not looking for more, just around 8-9 would be fine with market condition.

There is no relocation reimbursement as well.

Need help in negotiation and pls give suggestion!!!!

Anyone who has given azure infrastructure 2nd round interview at Deloitte, pls share the asked questions. Would be great help.

I already completed my notice period and need offer asap. Please share if you have any idea.
