Possible Caffeine Threshold Drop

I’d describe myself as a typical 28 year old male. For years I’ve had 1 cup of standard coffee every morning, and sometimes I don’t even realize I’ve ingested it.

Lately, 15-20 minutes after finishing my morning cup I’ve experienced tons of anxiety and just an anxious, restless, jittery feeling. Sometimes it tries to progress to full blown panic for no reason.

I have an appointment with my doctor coming up and I’m for sure going to mention this-
I’m just curious if anybody else has had something similar happen? Able to consume caffeine regularly throughout their life but suddenly having issues with caffeine seemingly out of nowhere?

Exhaustion & ROCD

Hello! I have had OCD tendencies my entire life, but recently I’ve started having severe relationship OCD. Like a lot of you, it came out of nowhere. Just a random night and suddenly my whole world changed because of relationship OCD.

I am currently in Therapy with NOCD, and I’m also making lifestyle changes that seem to be helping. I asked my therapist this question, and she said the answer was yes 100% but I just wanted to know if maybe some of you would share your experience and maybe I will feel a little less alone.

This is my first time being sick after I started having bad ROCD. I’m exhausted from severe lack of sleep. Have any of you guys ever noticed that your ROCD is 100x worse when you’re exhausted or stressed? What personally works for you to cope?

Thanks!
