i'm a Chara fan, obviously, but i'm here in specific because i was a member of the defense squad but that became a wasteland for Chara x Asriel posts... Anyways so this post doesn't get deleted here's a Chara doodle.

It is tired, and that's extremely obvious. It can barely take off. After a few failed attempts it gets itself in the air, And is now, slowly, looking for food.

It seems to be sleeping peacefully.

It has everything needed to be the chapter 5 DW.

1. Doors that have weirdly similar lighting than the closet in chapter 1, which technically never closed but nothing stops it from doing so, After all in chapter 2 the single door in the library became double doors to make a DW make more sense there. (And if you don't like that explanation, inside the town hall there is a door in the back that we never enter as of now, that could become a DW.)
2. Is related to one of the codes in the shelter, which the flower shop doesn't have unless you use mental gymnastics to say Asgore kept the police shelter code. It is also close to the church and because of that, the shelter. Also, both of that were the only reasons Susie accepted going to go to The Church on Chapter 4, which could also be the reason we would go to the Town Hall in chapter 5 even if we don't know there is a DW there.
3. Relation to flowers because of the festival decorations.
4. The city hall also has a lot of potential to be a story relevant area because of it being where Carol works, thus it could be relevant to the roaring conspiracy.
