Just a heads up to everyone in the Bevios Hill/Lodge Road/ Spear Road.

At around 5:30am today, a group of three people were walking up and down the roads trying car door handles to see if any vehicles were unlocked. They were quite loud while attempting each handle, which is what alerted me.

I shouted out of the window, but it didn’t seem to make much difference. In fact I heard one of the women who was part of the group say “ I just need an hour of sleep”….

Please make sure you lock your cars overnight and don’t leave any valuables inside. It might also be worth checking any doorbell or CCTV footage if you live in the area.

Untypical post for Reddit, I know, but I’m hoping the power of Reddit will help. Does anyone know of any companies or self-employed engineers who specialise in commercial refrigeration systems, compressor units, etc., and are available today?

I’m in desperate need of someone who can attend today. This is a commercial job, not domestic, so they must be able to work on commercial refrigeration equipment.

I’ve already called all the companies that came up in my Google search, but they’re either unavailable today or can’t attend until next week.
If anyone has any recommendations or knows someone who might be able to help at short notice, I’d really appreciate it.
