Since Pakistan has cartels smuggling minerals and Mining illegally we should only keep small case gov operated projects and shut down everything else related to mining one great factor for taxes would be that we should TAX big corporations like cement factories and other factories and they won't be able to just shut down since it's easy to move a business to another country but not an entire factory and complete with staff so.We should be considerate with the taxes negotiating with them so we can at least get something out ,most of these COMPANIES pay personalities in PARLIAMENT (bribing) so they don't pay taxes so we have to break that bribe system first.However gov operated factories and industries involving raw materials should not only be priced higher than their price right now but further processing should also take place eg.copper into copper wires

And these should be by brands which are of course CONTROLLED and OPERATED by the GOVERNMENT but the excuse lies around "we can't build factories because we'll have to import equipment and that will burden FOREIGN EXCHANGE reserves"

That statement is stupid af since we can easily get all the equipment from an ally like CHINA and we'll keep reliability in mind also the amount of foreign exchange these factories will earn us is way more than what we will bleed.

The main idea here or the center of attention here is this: What: paksitan builds DAMS and geothermal Powerstations to power data centers that other companies use

Why: because AI runs on DATA CENTERS and ofc AI is the future we can use the dams for power aswell and the geothermal Powerstations run 24/7 so no issues about anything

The reason of why dams

Is because paksitan has a unique factor and that is that paksitans dams have a TROI (time return on investment) of AVG 10 years meaning the dams will pay themselves off after 10 years which is really good Pakistan has no lack for engineers you can argue for money but can come from the taxes on billionaires

How:Pakistan builds geothermal Powerstations anywhere really and dams on rivers

Paksitan builds data centers and rents them to massive AI FIRMS while providing ENERGY from those dams

And one thing to reduce atmospheric POLLUTION is to replace anything that uses gas for electric

Leaving cars ,make all commercial vehicles (semi trucks,buses) electric

The only thing stopping all this is CORRUPTION and you know it
