Is shooting a double leg blast in ne waza legal, in a club where they train lots of guard and guard attack. The rules don't seem to be too specific. Main scenario if I'm in guard then can I just go shoot it like from a butterfly guard position?

Can anyone here actually straight up talk to people even just broadcasting, I mena design someone on a bus and broadcasting into them? How did you unlock this if so what's the range etc and can anyone open up a 2 way channel
