I've been looking through high elo kayn players and a lot of them are building LDR or mortal reminder instead of seryldas. Sometimes they're against teams with almost no health items and they still build LDR. Is LDR just always better than seryldas now?

Does shorekeeper's sig passive work for suisui? I've seen people say it doesn't but doesn't her skill give enrichment which heals the team? So logically I feel like it would work
