[TOMT] Recent English You Tube Ad That Includes The Phrase “Exhale Chatarunga”

Need help finding an ad I saw periodically on my you tube vids in recent years. Ad is in American English, possibly comedic , maybe for a wellness product (but defiantly not actually Yoga or Spa related). At the beginning I remember a scene of someone doing home yoga and the phrase “exhale chatarunga” read by a narrator (female voice sounded like a exercise tape/vid within the ad ) and then possibly the yoga gets disrupted by something in comedic manner and it launches into the product. The yoga tape phrase is stuck in my head. Everything else is kinda vague.

Changing From Full Body to Splits When Advancing as a Lifter

Usually when I get back into lifting after time off or injury I do a full body split starting with a heavy compound lifts and moving down the list to hit all planes of motion This works well until I start going up in weight and the recovery becomes more challenging. In high school we used a power lifting split and lately I’ve been using and upper lowers split alternating with a rest day between. So heavy lower, rest, heavy upper, rest, lower etc. works better for allowing me recovery. That said for you full body folks how do you manage recovery? I feel like for me I’d have to drop weight intensity to go back to that programming.

Been riding a Canyon stoic 2 for a while now. My first truly modern bike tho I’ve had older hybrids and an old full sus in the past. I liked the amount of bike and components I got for the price and the ability to upgrade is a huge plus but I’ve kept it completely stock for now since I’m still not totally sold on hard tail riding. I’m starting to feel the effects of riding while being not as young and bouncy and do end some rides feeling beat up in general. Should I explore different frames and or components on my bike first or am I hitting the hard limits here? I do like the simplicity of the bike and my riding is seasonal so I also want $$ for winter activities as well as saving on maintenance. I don’t want to upgrade my bike or get another Hardtail just to still be worn out some of the time.
