Hi all. I grew up loving metalcore and deathcore as a teenager. Somewhere along my early twenties I listened to it a lot less and indie rock became my primary genre of choice. I’ve recently rediscovered my love for this type of music again and missed being in the scene and going to shows so much. Lorna shore will be in my city in October and I was wondering if should buy a ticket despite only knowing them pretty vaguely? Their shows aren’t cheap so I was just wondering if it would be money well spent and would love to hear everyone else’s experience seeing them live and what to expect. I’m a 26 year old female as well if that helps somehow. I have this same question for August burns red although I know they’re a metalcore band and will post similar question for them in different page.

Hey all. I grew up loving metalcore and deathcore as a teen. Somewhere along the way my music taste started leaning more heavily towards indie rock however I’ve always enjoyed all genres. Anyways I’ve recently rediscovered my absolute love for metal and miss being part of the scene. August burns red and Lorna shore have upcoming concerts here and I was wanting to get tickets. I know both bands only quite vaguely but want to be around the music, hopefully mosh, and just have an awesome night listening to great hardcore music. I was wondering if these bands are worth spending money on though and what your experiences at their shows have been? Since tickets are quite expensive. Depending on how money is looking for me I may have to choose one gig over the other. But any cool stories or maybe even bad ones at their shows would be awesome and could help me better decide if it’s worth checking out.

Was thinking of going with them since a few kiwi “influencers” I follow have promoted them but not sure if it actually works? Really wish I could find someone reliable here without taking a huge risk (money is tight for me) but I really need help losing weight. It’s for ret to be clear
