First post->account suspended-> appealed->rejected?? -> Now what do I even do?

I published my first ever post on X, with a link to my full equity research article. The post was getting good traction for it being my first one. Within 2 hours of posting, my account got suspended for some reason, citing "inauthentic behavior". I am not sure what was inauthentic about a research article, with proper disclaimers. I replied to maybe 1-2 posts of the same ticker, in an attempt to drive some traffic toward mine, which I don't think should have caused an issue?

I appealed, confident that it must have been a stupid bot mistake, but got a reply today saying "we will not overturn our decision to lock your account." .... I mean tf?

I am kinda cooked if I am perma suspended from X, since that was a medium I was counting on to grow an audience and land opportunities.
The appeal form is not allowing me to submit another one. If anyone could help me out as to how do I get my account back, it would be a big big help.

I do not wish to make another account, since the bot explicitly mentioned not to make another account to circumvent the suspension, and I do not wanna risk a ban.

Some research and some questions

Fermi Q1 Earnings Transcript

Not sure if this is already common knowledge in this thread, but:

Management said in the Q1 call that further site development would be paused until a new tenant is signed, does the TSK deal imply that an anchor tenant is already signed (or has a high probability of being signed)

Fermi Inc. Selects TSK, Spain's Largest EPC Firm, to Deliver Early Works Engineering for Three Siemens SGT6-5000F Turbines

Some additional questions I have:

  1. Who funds the Capex required for the GW expansion? I am theorizing it to be a JV structure, but lmk your thoughts.

  2. Could anyone elaborate on how tedious the air permit process actually is, and how much of an advantage that gives Fermi over a hyperscaler that might just build its own DC and power plant from scratch?

  3. How much of the current disclosed water supply (gallons/day) is confirmed, and how much generation capacity (MW) can that actually support? Is there a clear plan for securing enough water for the eventual 11GW buildout?

Really thankful for this crowdsourced research as usual.

What happens if no tenant signs this year?

Fuzzy Panda

I am long Fermi, but curious about the risks of holding. Most of the Fuzzy Panda report was backward looking, and was concerned too much about Toby. He seems to have gone quiet from the past month.
What I still fear is what happens if no tenant signs.
Ideally the company could continue building and wait it out, but if turbines, and potentially the land lease is at risk.. that's a much bigger ticking time bomb.
Could anyone potentially elaborate on this?
