Homeless Female

Does anyone know of any women's shelters outside or close to Springfield, MO that are accepting people? I know someone that maxed out there time at the only shelters in Springfield and is sleeping outside. Female in her 40s and only smokes weed and nothing else.

Looking for Roomate or apartment

I'm looking to move to Rolla MO in possibly a few months. I don't have a car and I'll be new to the area. I have a low credit score and my jobs are independent contractor jobs and not a ton of money right now so I won't have paycheck stubs to give to a landlord but I have some savings. Looking for studio apartments to get into or looking to see if it's hard to find a fellow female roomate. I'm in my early 30s and easy to get a long with. I know Rolla doesont have a bus system but I've drove through there twice and seems like everything seems pretty walkable to jobs. Any suggestions?

I need help for a good friends that I deeply care about but I can't help because I'm to far away. This lady is super nice, stable minded, and not addicted to drugs she just doesont have any close girlfriends in the area right now. She used to stay at safe to sleep women's shelter but she maxed out her time there. She can't go to Harmony House because she isn't a DV survivor. She has been to One Door, The Kitchen, Drew Lewis Foundation, VA, and called around shelters outside the area and they are filled. She has just enough money for food. She has even called apartments bur doesont have the funds to move in yet. She told me she slept outside the other day and she's freezing. Does anyone have any ideas? Does anyone know any shelters outside Springfield as well that are open? I told her she should book with mo medicaid transport that could get her out of town since she wouldn't have a ride and sometimes the greyhound won't take you to some places. She doesont have money for the taxi cab. Thanks for reading and God Bless.

I have a friend that I deeply care about and I'm to far away to help her. She's in Springfield and she maxed out her time at safe to sleep women's shelter and doesont have any close girlfriends in the area to stay with. She told me she slept outside for a few nights and she's desperately cold and exhausted. She does not have drug problems and is stable minded. She can't stay at Harmony House because she wasn't abused. I've called other shelters outside the area and the beds are full. Where should she go in Springfield? She has been to The Kitchen and One Door already. She wants to get an apartment but doesont have the funds for anything but food right now. It breaks my heart she is so nice.
