Contractor messed up my door frame

He tried to re-level it so it would close properly. After a lot of noise, it closes. But he completely ruined both the frame and trim. What’s the best course of action? Should I I take the door back off? I can’t afford to replace the frame right now.

I am about to burn my house down — Philadelphia

Are these shavings from termites? I do not have money for treatment and this house has been nothing but problems since I bought it 5 years ago.

Need a new window unit - struggling

I need to understand what unit to get for my first floor given the photos. I don’t have an exterior sill, there’s basically and exterior faux brick retaining wall under the 1st floor windows. Would a midea u unit not be good for this?

I am really struggling :( TYIA

What’s your mix look like? I am currently looking at different platforms to transition my 4 boutique properties to. Current CRM is clunky and we want a more hands-off approach to metasearch that doesn’t cost a fortune.
