False starts 9 month old

Hello everyone!!! My 9 mo baby has been having false starts the last two weeks, ever since he mastered crawling and pulling to stand.

We have a decent schedule that we try to keep as much as possible:

8am wake up

11.15am first nap until 1pm

4.30pm second nap until 5.20pm

8.30pm bedtime routine and sleep by 9.15pm.

However, since he mastered the two skills I mentioned above and especially crawling, we have been having false starts. Almost every night at 10pm, he wakes up and wants to be fed again.

Has anyone passed through something similar?

When do I find time to work out?

I am a FTM to an almost 9 month old baby. I returned to work a couple of months ago, even though the first month I was working only 50%. Now that I am back to work I am struggling to find time to work out and I need to both for my weight struggles (PCOS and EBF, the weight just increases without) and mentally. My routine is something like this: we go out for a walk in the morning, as it is the only time of the day that it is not terribly hot outside. When we come back I breastfeed the baby and then start working. Until 5pm-6pm I will be either working or breastfeeding. After that I spend some time with my baby, do chores at home, then we might go to the pool, and then it is time for his bedtime, so we start with the routine. We cosleep and I feed him during the night if needed. During the day my partner takes care of him. When does everyone find time to work out?

Introducing solids going bad

Hello everyone!

We are new parents to a 7.5 month old. In general he is a very good baby, hitting all of his milestones. However, he is not a very big fan of solids. We started at the 6 month mark, introducing purés first. There was not a lot of success, most of the times he was just closing his mouth and turning the head away from the food. We decided to try BLW, hoping that by also seeing us eat, that he would also try to eat. We offer things that we are also eating, e.g. banana or yogurt. When he has the food in front of him, he will touch it, play with it, drop it on the floor, but he doesn't put it anywhere close to his mouth.

Should we worry? Is there maybe something else that we can do? Anyone with a similar experience?

Thank you!

Help with 7 month old naps

Hello everyone!!! We have a 7 month old baby who sleeps very short naps. We had a very bad 4 month sleep regression, with wake ups every hour or so, but now his night sleep is much better. He now sleeps 10-11 hours in the night, with a couple of dream feeds.

However, it feels like his naps cannot get longer. During the day, he will sleep 35-45 minutes, and that's it, he wakes up. Sometimes he wakes up crying, sometimes no. We always try to rescue the naps, either by me feeding him when I can (I have started working again but I wfh, with decent flexibility) or his father will have to walk with him in the corridors. Lately though, even these don't work. Is there anything that we can do to help him sleep longer naps? No sleep training, especially any of the CIO methods.

For context, he is EBF, on 3 naps a day and his wake windows are approximately 2.5/2.5/2.5/3, with naps lasting around 2.5 hours and 10.5-11 hours of night sleep. We start the bedtime routine at 8-8.30 and he is usually asleep by 9pm, waking up at 7.30-8am. for context adding screenshot of a week. thank you very much for the help!
