Lip rash

I have had a few years of struggling with this, multiple dermatologists and even more prescriptions. No one can seem to give me a solid answer. To start- I have extremely sensitive skin in general. I’ve tried SO many lip creams and lip sunscreens. More than I can count. I get these lip rashes. I’ve narrowed it down and am pretty sure it’s after being in the sun, perhaps a lip sun allergy?. I do wear hats as often as possible though. Pictures don’t fully do it justice. And it’s hard to get a derm appt. while it’s flared up. It presents with a red rash around the bottom lip, very tiny white bumps, and usually also red spots on my lips themselves that feel like sandpaper. It burns and sometimes feels like they are puffy. Is there anyone else in the world that has had this?? I circled the areas

What’s this?

Our boy is going thru a shed. We’re soaking him to help with stuck shed around his vent. After the soak this is what it looks like. What is going on with the areas I’ve circled? Please send any advice. Thanks

Please help!

I bought this on the clearance shelf at a local store. Really trying to save it but I’m nervous it’s not looking great. There were more sprouts in this pot but we’re mushy and broke off. Please send any suggestions . I’ve never had a point tail Palm

This plant seems to be doing well in this window, growing new leaves, but the new leaves are all coming from one branch. Is that normal? It’s kind growing out sideways. See first picture. The second picture is just of the opposite side. I’ve never owned one so just want to see what thoughts are? And what I should do. Do I just let it keep going?
