Any advice?

Hello. For the past 4 years I've been living with extreme guilt and regret. It's gotten to a point where my health is slowly deteriorating. I have heart problems..panic attacks. This guilt is because of something I've done to a family member 4 years ago. I see that family member everyday. And everytime my mind replays what happened. My social life is basically non existent. Because of a somewhat difficult childhood and what happened with that family member. I don't think blabbing to the internet really is a solution but it's better than nothing. Any advice on how to manage this guilt? Thank you in advance.

Thinking of dropping out

Long story short. I entered college 2 years ago. First semester there was war and I managed to pass. The next 2 semesters where a disaster. I made a promise to my mother that I will do good. For the first 2 weeks I was laser focused. Unfortunately, war broke out again for 3 months. I could barely study and the university mixed my midterms with my finals. I still have about 6 days till I finish all the exams. If I fail I'm seriously considering working with my father. I don't know how to tell my parents especially they're the ones who are paying for it.

guilt.

Hello. This is the second time I post here. I hurt someone(emotionally). That someone is a family member. It's been 4 years. I've asked for forgiveness. They did forgive me. I didn't. Till this day I can't. The guilt is eating me alive. I don't know what I should do. I think atonement is me dying. No other choice. I know I'm not rational at the moment but I need to know what I should do. If anyone has something to share please do. Thanks.

Getting this of my chest

Hello. I dont know how to start. I've done a mistake to a family member. Can't really say what it is. 4 years ago. Till this day I regret it. Sometimes I spend hours just sitting thinking about it. What would my life be like if I didn't do it. This family member forgived me. I can't forgive myself. And there are signs that this family member is not comfortable when I'm around. Will the guilt ever go away? I'm not the kind of person who would go to therapy. I've seen people who went to therapy and I don't think it works for me. If anyone has been through this or have some advice for the guilt, please do tell. Thanks everyone.
