I thought my skin had gotten darker on accutane maybe it has a bit but i think its also due to the redness which gives the illusion of my skin looking dull/ dark? Anyone know how to reduce the redness / darker appearance
My nose shape has completely changed after fess for removal of nasal polyps. Like My nose bridge was straight before now i have a hump shape on my nose that appeared straight after the surgery. Im 9 months post op i was assuming it was swelling at first but now im scared this is permanent. did anyone else experience this? cant even go back to the ent who did the surgery as they have discharged me and i would need a referral which would take forever again
Have used like nearly every single product targeted for hyperpigmentation over these past 6 years and it wont budge at alllll. Used hydroquinone , tretinoin, azelaic acid , alpha arbutin, tranexamic acid, thiamidol, vitamin c, kojic acid… and alot more.. how can some people get results with all of these i dont get it . ive been strict with spf for 7 years too :(
wanted to get laser treatments at one point but was told my skin is young dont need it im 21 but just wanted it for hyperpigmentation in that area. guess ill just have to be stuck with it

Have any of you guys used the heliocare pills in summer? Im starting accutane soon but seen alot of posts of people saying they experience skin darkening/ unevenness and an increased risk of tan from the sun sensitivity im trying to avoid that, have any of you used the pills to help with this. obviously alongside using spf too. i will be on 20mg not sure if people only experience the skin darkening with higher doses but id appreciate if you’d let me know:)
