Fire Watch Question
Hi everyone,
I’m curious, if a commercial building’s fire panel’s back up batteries are completely dead, how important is implementing a fire watch?
With building power on the system is running normal ( for now ). But I’m curious, until the batteries can be replaced, if a fire watch should be in place? At least while people are off campus?
In theory over the weekend there could be a power outage and nobody could know and the building could be completely vulnerable? Am I right or wrong in this fear / concern?
Thanks for any insight/ guidance!
