So I’ve manifested my sp back we’re in contact but he’s very closed off to the idea of us and I’ve been persisting but there’s almost no movement idk how to get him to conform

I’ve been manifesting my sp for a month now. I will say it’s definitely frustrating when your 3D isn’t showing up and you’re affirming, scripting etc.
I would suggest also starting small
Ex: Sp contacted me
Sp asked to talk to me
When you’re very focused on bringing in sp you tend to focus more on them and put them on the pedestal. The key truly is self concept.
I was frustrating because my sp wasn’t reaching out and I started to focus more on self concept. That’s when it all happened. I had multiple men from my past reaching out INCLUDING SP.
Now I’m not the most disciplined with manifesting. Me and sp are in contact now and I began to become frustrated. That’s when it clicked. You need to put yourself on that pedestal and sp will too. I realized I already could bring him in and now he will conform.
Just wanted to help someone out there in a similar situation.

For context we’ve been on and off friends for the past 10 years. There would be a year at a time that we wouldn’t speak. But we’ve kept a consistent friendship for 2 years till a couple months ago. I’ve been having a moral dilemma with her.
A couple years ago she stayed with me and my family for about a year straight, I started dating this guy around the same time. She ended up sleeping with him while we were together. I never forgot this because it truly was so traumatizing. After that I forgave her but we were on and off friends for about 4 years. We ended up becoming super close about 2 years ago and we started hanging out with new people. I noticed her behavior got weird around some of the new guys we were with. She would consistently put other guys she wanted to hook up with before her friends. She ended up sleeping and secretly seeing one of the guys another one of her friends was seeing which rubbed me the wrong way because you should’ve learned that’s not okay. I brushed it off then she started making up lies between me and the guy I was seeing I wasn’t sure why. My other friends also ended up getting into a fight with her about something and we weren’t speaking for like a day. Then she fucked the guy one of our best friends was seeing. We ended up sitting down and talking about 4 months later. I forgave her. Now I’m second guessing my decisions because a few people in my life are telling me she’s not a good friend and good friends wouldn’t do that. I’m not sure what to do now.
