After my first successful harvest from am all-in-one bag, I've been wanting to try to clone a mushroom on agar in order to create a liquid culture from my second harvest. The problem is that the supplies I need for cloning will most likely arrive a few days after I need to harvest.

Can I put a freshly picked mushroom in the fridge in order to split it open and take a sample of the inner flesh for cloning at a later date? Or does the sample need to be taken as soon as the mushroom is picked?

Any advice would be very much appreciated. I've only had one harvest so far, but I have to say that I'm loving the hobby of growing so far and I really want to try seeing how much I can accomplish.

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for Yellow Umbo to be ready for harvest after seeing the first pin?

First time grower which needs to leave the bag at home for a few days. I'm worried it'll be ready before it can be harvested.

Any general estimates would be very much appreciated. It would be really shitty to lose my first grow.

I'd also appreciate if someone could tell me what would happen if I were a couple days late for the optimal harvest time in the worst case scenario. I've tried looking all this up and got answers ranging from 7-10 days from start of fruiting to harvest time.
