Hypersonimia and Custody

Location: Washington

My spouse has told me they has diagnosed hypersomnia. They have told me they are trying to get medications, they need at least 2 naps a day, I have in writing where they have told me they fall asleep behind the wheel.

We have 2 kids under 8. They feel comfortable leaving the kids to handle themselves from 5/6am until 7:30/8 am in the morning and whenever they need a nap (anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours or more).

I am contacting a lawyer on Monday, to get advice from a lawyer I have hired but I was hoping to know if this is something to bring up to my lawyer? Would this be relevant in a beginning of a divorce/temporary custody orders?

Meet Hank - the tail of the foster fail….

I have fostered before, like WAY before and thought you know what my crazy, insane, suburban Mom of 2 in elementary school with a commute life needs?

More lives to be responsible for, clean up after and teach the aforementioned children all the valuable life lessons.

Right!

….Right?

Reality disagreed with my plans in the for of a Tux.

So Hank and his 2 other siblings were our little family of 4 (and 2 adult cats) first foster!

Yeah!! Cute little gutter goblins annoying the “big cats”.

So Hank. He sized up the humans.
He saw the one to pull away from the herd, he had his sites set on his mark.

Tux’s aren’t dumb. Oh no. At least not my last one. Wild Man of Borneo. I know, I was princess trying to hard. Wild Man to guests and “GRAVITY WORKS FINE SHI*T BIRD” to his roommates.

So Hank. Me went, still continues to, go noodle limp for my little boy. Sleeps with him. Yells at him when he walks in the house.

So meet Hank. And keeps your valuables off all surfaces.
