Shalom! My name is Nava and I offer online 1-on-1 or class lessons in Hebrew. I'm an Israeli and native speaker with a bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from Tel Aviv University, 20 year experience as literary editor, writer and playwright and I've been teaching Hebrew courses at a leading UK University since 2019 and have been an online tutor since 2020.

I cover topics from very basic letter recognition and simple phrases to more advanced topics such as grammar and listening comprehension. My students range from members of the Jewish community in the diaspora, spouses of Israelis and even language enthusiasts. I use my own material as well as children's books and music to teach.

[Online][5e 2024][GMT+1]Experienced DM looking for players for a Saturday campaign

Hello everyone, I’m an experienced DM of over a decade starting a new D&D 5e campaign and looking for players. This campaign will take place in a homebrew medium-to-high magic setting and will equally focus on all three pillars of the game (social, combat and exploration). Style of play for this game would be plot-centric (though not railroad-y to the extreme) heroic fantasy and the genre is classic high fantasy. My style of DMing relies on theatre of the mind with nothing but an image on the screen and ambiance music setting the tone. Combat takes place with tokens and battle maps in Roll20.

More info but in bullet point form:

  • Sessions will take place every Saturday 19:00-23:00 UK time, with the first session around the start of July
  • Starting level is 3rd.
  • I’m using milestone levelling rather than XP.
  • I'm an Israeli man. If you have a problem with that, I will do my best to invent a time machine to make my parents give birth to me elsewhere
  • All levels of experience and walks of life are welcome.

What I'm looking for in players

  1. Be punctual and consistent.
  2. I love active characters who have personal goals in mind and are constantly striving to accomplish said goals. I love incorporating these things in my campaign world!
  3. Goes without saying, but kindness and respect across the table is paramount.

[Online][5e 2024][GMT+1]Experienced DM looking for 4-5 players for a Saturday evening campaign set in WoW's Azeroth

Hello everyone! I’m an experienced DM of more than a decade starting a new D&D 5e campaign and looking for players. I've been playing World of Warcraft for an embarrassingly long time and always wanted to run a D&D game set in the world of Azeroth. I'm the kind of DM who likes to equally focus on all three pillars of the game. I love to rely on theatre of the mind with nothing but an image on the screen and ambiance music setting the tone.
