Electric leg pain during specific kicking drill

Hi, so I've started training in San Da and the first few lessons went really well, definitely want to keep going.

Now on Friday, I did this high-kick excersize where you "high-five" your hand with your foot after kicking upwards.

First round no problem, but then suddenly, a sharp, electrical pain started shooting through my right leg any time I tried to "high five" it.

It works completely fine with the left leg but I still do have the same issues when I try it with the right one.

Does anyone have experiences with sth like that or any tips? Highly appreciated.

Metal Sonic should become a regular penultimate boss in Sonic games

I hear/read a lot of complaints about Metal Sonic being "over-used" in Sonic games as a side villain, an early-mid game challenge just to serve as a mini boss and not the main villain.

I do understand the complaints, I don't think Metal has to become a main antagonist again in order to work.

Something that is almost as important as the final boss of a game is the penultimate boss. The final challenge before the finale, that last step between where you are and where you want to be.

Think Ridley from Metroid or Death from Castlevania.

Ridley is my favorite villain in Gaming. He almost *never* is the final boss of a Metroid game despite being Samus' arch nemesis. The reason is simple: The plot usually doesn't revolve around Ridley. He is a dangerous entity with nigh limitless travel range and he WILL make that your problem, whether you are busy with something else or not. He is not the final goal, but a constant threat regardless of what or who the story is actually focusing on.

THAT is what I want Metal's function in the story to be. No matter what Sonic and his friends have to focus on, no matter what grand scheme Eggman has planned, no matter how close you get to Eggman or any other villain, Metal Sonic will pose one FINAL challenge before you can finish the game. He should be in games more often, but his defeats need to MEAN something. Not just another "mission accomplished" , but rather "Now we can finally finish this". It would make Metal Sonic's constant presence at Eggman's side have significantly more impact.

Leichter Schaden an der Duschenwand. Schimmelrisiko?

Any ways I can target the long head of my bicep with a single pull up bar and some resistance bands?

So I have a pull up bar on my doorframe with adjustable height and a bunch of resistance bands. I do pull ups, chin ups and bodyweight rows for back/bicep. But I can't help but feel that I am neglecting the long bicep head. Does anyone know how to target them best with what I've got?

We need more Grievous with a gun

The moment I saw Grievous with a blaster in ROTS, I realized the potential. A metallic demon swinging multiple lightsabers *and* capable of shooting you down.

Then in TCW, there were a few moments where he actually used a blaster. Him killing Nahdar Vebb was one of Grievous' coldest canon moments.

Grievous is all about overwhelming the Jedi's senses, him actually using Blasters and multiple lightsabers is such a simple yet underutilized concept.

I remember being full of whimsy once I realized in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga that my boi was finally packing some *heat*.
