UK stainless steel uncoated Vs coated?

UK stainless steel uncoated Vs coated?

I've bought this set of pans from procook and noticed there was a set that is listed as uncoated and the set I got. The frying pan is a nonstick pan but the rest of them are they essentially the same?

I didn't realise at the time and thought the set I got had some sort of coating but has come with instructions about oiling them first. Have I accidently bought a proper set of stainless steel pans? ( I don't mind this I just wondered as I know using them and looking after them is different and want them to stay their best).

This is the set I've bought

And this is the uncoated ones

Pension platform for small irregular deposits?

I'm trying to give some advice to my sister in law who's just turned 18 about pensions and giving her the advice I wish I knew at 18 so she can start earlier in life.

At first it will likely be irregular and small deposits. Her mum asked about opening the pension for her and putting some money in, can she do this now her daughter is 18?

What platform would you recommend when looking at investment options, ease of use and fees? I know that sounds a big ask with those 3 but I'm just trying to find the best open to start her off and hopefully she can start to see the benefits in real terms rather than me just telling her.

Thanks.

If you were back at the very start of your journey with nothing. Where are you starting? Trading for quick profits or keeping and holding a few stocks and adding to them? What stocks would you be looking at?
