Help - Noise Reduction

Hello everyone,

I'm honestly getting pretty desperate at this point.

(A bit of background: I'm a passionate drone pilot and have collected quite a few over the years. I've never really been into the video side of things though, flying has always been my focus. Now, however, my sports club is putting together a small production and I'd love to contribute some footage shot with my freestyle drone.)

There is quite a bit of noise/blotchy/patchy image in the videos, so I tried using the "Noise Reduction Effect". When using it the Rendertime just keeps rising. You cant see it in the Screenshot, but its currently at 7d 10 hours 48 minutes, still rising. The whole clip im trying to export is btw like 14 seconds long and im using an AMD RX 9070 XT.

I tried pretty much every setting of the Noise Reduction (Better, Faster,..). All seem to have the same Output. I used following settings for my last try though:

I'm also attaching screenshots of my various settings. I really hope someone can help me out!

Just ask if you need any further information.

Thanks in advance! 😊

[Help] DJI O4 Pro – D-Log M footage looks blotchy/patchy after color grading in DaVinci Resolve

Hello everyone,

I hope I've come to the right place.

So I recorded some clips with the DJI O4 Pro 4K 60fps in D-Log M. When I go to edit the footage in DaVinci Resolve, the result is an extremely blotchy/patchy-looking video. It just doesn't look good at all. See the attached images.

I've tried countless approaches with color correction/grading as I do it usually and, out of desperation, even followed this YouTube tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjsASaqJUqg) step by step and still end up with the same terrible result.

I'm also attaching screenshots of my various settings. I really hope someone can help me out!

Just ask if you need any further information.

Thanks in advance! 😊
