Can anyone identify these service boots

I bought these boots on eBay. The seller listed them as viberg, but there are no Viberg stamps or labels anywhere inside or outside the boots. They only have a size marking.
Does anyone recognize the maker? If they’re not Viberg, I’d still like to know what brand they might be. Any help is appreciated.

Cleaning

Just bought this jacket and have never owned a Barbour before. I am planning on sending it to be waxed and repaired. Since it is going into be serviced should I have it cleaned as well?
