Can anyone breakdown the cost of IIM rohtak's initial fees as I can only calculate it upto 4,09,500 breakdown 3,55,000 term 1 fees 48,000 hostel fees and 6,500 alumini membership what else is included I can not figure out

As till now I have paid 1,00,000 as OA and 3,15,000 as remaining term 1 fees and then 54,500 extra so I am still confused can anyone clarify
