Amazon tenure: 2 years
Looking for guidance on career transition options:
1.What’s the best path to transition from BA → BIE?
2.Is moving from BA → DE feasible, and is it worth it long term?
3.Since skip-level switch isn’t possible, would it be better to move internally as L4 BIE/DE, or stay as BA in the current team for now?
Would appreciate insights from people who’ve made similar transitions.
