Misinformation spreads quickly, and I've seen a lot of people misconstrue what was said in this article, so to clear it up; no, the CEO isn't letting his daughter suggest or give input on the app; no, he's not technically making character ai a "playground" for his daughter.

He said this; that seeing how much his 6 year old daughter used and liked the audiovisual features of the app, he thinks that those features and experiences should be the main focus of the app, and should be for children instead of the app just being chats.
