I have been dealing with acne for years and have consulted multiple dermatologists. Most prescribed similar treatments like clindamycin, adapalene, and benzoyl peroxide even oral isotretinoin (to reduce sebum production) but I never got lasting relief.

The acne mostly flares up during summer or rainy/humid weather and keeps coming back every year.

My current routine (last 3 months):

Salicylic acid face wash twice daily

Oil-free water-based moisturizer

Oil-free sunscreen with hyaluronic acid

2% salicylic acid serum at night

Skin type: oily, acne-prone,open pores, bumpy

Has anyone experienced this kind of seasonal acne/humidity-triggered breakouts? Could it be something like fungal acne or sweat-related folliculitis? What actually helped?
