Where can I get an HR Master's with decent jobs?

Hi everyone,
I've officially reached the stage of life where I have 37 tabs open, 4 spreadsheets, and 0 clarity. my_qualifications: 24F, India, 9/9/8, B.Com (DU), M.Com, 1 year of Big 4 experience, and I'll have ~ 3 years of total work experience by the 2027 intake.
I want to build a long-term career in HR / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations / People
Analytics.
I keep going in circles between
Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, and the UK.
Every YouTube video says "all are great", every Reddit thread says "it depends", and my bank account says "please calm down." For someone from a commerce background, which country would you choose for actual job opportunities + ROl, not just pretty campus photos and Linkedin captions?
Also, is MSc HRM generally a safer bet than People Analytics for long-term career growth in HR?
Looking for brutally honest advice from people who have studied or work in HR abroad. I can handle the truth (probably).
