Do you actually log off when your work hours end?

I always tell myself I’m done for the day, then somehow I end up checking one more message or finishing one more thing lol.

Trying to stop doing that because it feels like I’m still at work even after my shift is over.

Anyone else do this or do you completely disconnect after work?

Are there any tasks you still prefer doing manually even if they can be automated?

There are so many automation tools now, but I still prefer doing some things manually, especially checking pending tasks and making sure I didn’t miss anything before sending an update.

Sometimes I just feel better double-checking things myself instead of relying on automation for everything haha.

Anyone else have parts of their workflow they still prefer doing manually?
