I’m a non-US IMG applying for Match 2027. I just took Step 2 CK and I’m waiting for my score. My first observership is July 6–31, followed by another one in August.
I still need to take OET. Most dates are available over the weekdays. I see one available over the weekend.
If I choose a weekday, I’d have to ask for a day off after only about a week into my observership, and I’m not sure how this would impact my image.
If I choose Saturday, I won’t miss any observership days, but my ECFMG certification will likely be completed about 1–2 weeks later, maybe mid August.
Which option is better suited? Thanks!

Can someone please explain this invoice to me because this isn’t making sense. Ive been a regular customer at Freddy’s but this is the first time I’ve noticed these charges. The service charges might make sense considering the lack of tipping culture after card payments but
A) why are they charging 6% GST instead of 5% on card
B) the card had 50% off with a cap of 6000. Technically that makes 4385 the discount instead of 3938.
I tried talking this out with the staff but they had no answer to it except saying that this is a system glitch for which they don’t have a solution. This technically means they’re making a fool out of their customers and charging extra over bills. Am I missing out on something or does this amount to overcharging and misrepresentation?
