The bedroom is painted with silk paint - is it a good idea to use zinsser 123 primer before painting over with matt?

I had ‘the real Yorkshire pudding co toad in the hole’ in the freezer but It says do not freeze.
I cooked for only 16 minutes which I now realise was the ‘ from chilled’ instructions and without checking the cooked temp, I fed it to my toddlers.
Now I’m panicking that it was undercooked
Will they be ok??
