Relocating for work. Any living recommendations appreciated.

Will be working in Windsor but would like to live in downtown area. Early 30s, single, no kids. Just want something relatively affordable (1BR less than $1800) , in a decent area that’s walkable and has some things to do and places to eat. Not super active socially so don’t really care about nightlife but wouldn’t mind a decent sports bar or such. I’ve reached out to a few places already but can’t exactly drive 5 hours right now to tour everything. Hopefully I can do that soon. Any tips or recommendations would be appreciated.

Just looking for some insight on owning a S80 T6 AWD.

Hey everyone, first time contributor to this sub. In the market for a used vehicle and came across a 2015.5 S80 T6 AWD 6 cyl. Mileage is currently at 72k. Asking price is within my means and car is relatively clean inside and out. Detailed CarFax records of it being serviced at a dealership every 3-5k miles. Some internet research has led me to believe they are safe and relatively reliable. I’m looking for any feedback or information based on your experiences with ownership of this vehicle. I already stay on top of maintenance with my current vehicle but I am at a point where I would like to upgrade into something a bit more comfortable. What are some pros and cons to ownership of this vehicle, and I would love some insight on any common problems they may consistently develop or other factors to be mindful of. It would be my daily commuter vehicle which is about 60 miles per day. I would love to know if a vehicle like this, while properly maintained could last another 60-80k miles without breaking the bank to keep it on the road. All insight is appreciated and thank in advance for any feedback you can provide.
