Reddit convinced me to DIY internal battery replacement. Now one of the screws is stripped and I'm at my wits end

Asked a local subreddit for recs on places to get my switch's internal battery replaced, but got talked into repairing it myself w a kit from iFixIt. I have zero experience with this type of stuff and I have essential tremors in my hands, but thought I may as well try.

Can't even get past step one because several screws on the side are completely stuck, despite having all the right tools and screwdriver. One in particular is preventing the back panel from coming off, and eventually became stripped. Tried the rubber band method, didn't work at all.

Hoping someone has advice to fix this before I drop even more money to bring this in for a repair. I'm nervous of using a dremmel due to aforementioned essential tremors

The internal battery for my Switch is dead, and I'm not nearly confident enough in my technical abilities to fix it myself. I wanted to see if there's a reputable place I could get it repaired before shipping it to Nintendo

If you have personal experiences w/ a place, even better
