Should I buy this car or keep looking?

Apologies if this isn’t the right group for this question but Im currently selling my car ( 2005 jeep liberty) and looking for a more reliable car before the winter. I’ve found a 2003 ford escape with 148,000 miles for $2900 and the only issue is that the hazards come one when you turn the car on and turn the car off they will blink for 5 seconds then turn off, I’m wondering if this is worth the purchase for a car before winter (I live in the Midwest MI) or if I should keep looking. I’m currently looking for a Honda crv but I’m not sure exactly what to look for any tips would be extremely helpful!!

Coolant reservoir and back axle

I have a 2005 jeep liberty that I’m currently trying to get rid of but before that I just found out my coolant reservoir has a crack in it and was told the price for one is $90. I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth replacing it myself and then selling it or just selling it as is. The other big issue is that there is a “clunking” sound towards the back end of the car im guessing it’s the axle after seeing a few issues in the group that are similar to mine. Would any of this be worth spending the money to replace it just to get a couple hundred dollars more selling it?

Email captures

I’ve been at my 5below for about 3 months now and they weren’t too in detailed with emails just the explanation on what they are and how to ask people , anyways last month we’ve been told that if we don’t get at least 35% in email captures we get written up. Like what? Is it worth staying here, I normally do well with emails but there are days where I’m barley hitting 33%
